The build is separate: one flat fee by trade, in writing before we start, due only when you approve the finished system. Your domain is included, registered as yours.
Preferred builds run $1,000 above the Standard fee ($1,500 for HVAC and roofing, $500 for detailing). You pay it only once the system has booked your agreed number of customers within 30 days of going live, and then within 7 days of our notice.
