This site

This site describes MATHEN's website and receptionist services and lets you request a call back. The content is provided as-is; offers and pricing shown here are set per trade and quoted on the call and are confirmed in a written agreement before any work begins.

Client work

Every engagement is governed by its own client agreement covering the build price, monthly rate, revisions, and the guarantee. Nothing on this site creates an obligation until that agreement is signed by both sides.

Billing, cancellation & refunds

Website builds are a one-time fee, due when you approve your finished site before it goes live. Build fees are non-refundable once the site has launched.

Monthly plans (hosting and receptionist) are billed automatically each month. They are month-to-month with no long-term contract and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep service through the period you have already paid for; partial months are not refunded. Your first month of service is free. If the receptionist does not capture calls you would otherwise have missed in your first 30 days, that month is free.

Creators

For creators, Mathen builds your own site, your store and your first product, with you. That work is governed by the creator agreement you sign at your own link. Applying creates no obligation for you or for us, and nothing is owed until that agreement is signed.

In plain words, the creator agreement says this. We make your homepage concept first, free. If you like it, you sign and save a card. The setup fee is charged once, when your site and store match the homepage concept you approved. There is no monthly fee. We take 10% of each sale in your store, and that 10% comes back when a sale is refunded. We never take a cut of your brand deals. Clip accounts, when included, are a free add-on with no clip fee. There are no refunds once you approve your site. If you stop after signing, the setup fee is still due, charged after 7 days’ written notice. Either side can end the agreement at any time, and your site’s files, your domain, your Stripe account and your customers stay yours.

Before you sign, we send you the FTC’s one-page business opportunity disclosure, at least 7 days ahead.

We never contact brands for you, negotiate for you, take a cut of your deals, or ask for your passwords, and we don’t promise sales, deals, views or income.

The demo line

The demo number connects to our automated receptionist so you can hear the product work. Calls may be transcribed. Don't share sensitive information on the demo line.

Texts for the businesses we serve. When you book with a business that uses our booking or phone system and agree to texts, you get texts from that business at the number you gave: a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, and one review request after your visit, sent from (833) 385-8553.
