This site describes MATHEN's website and receptionist services and lets you request a call back. The content is provided as-is; offers and pricing shown here are starting points and are confirmed in a written agreement before any work begins.

Client work

Every engagement is governed by its own one-page client agreement covering the build price, monthly rate, revisions, and the guarantee. Nothing on this site creates an obligation until that agreement is signed by both sides.

Billing, cancellation & refunds

Website builds are a one-time fee, due when you approve your finished site before it goes live. Build fees are non-refundable once the site has launched.

Monthly plans (hosting and receptionist) are billed automatically each month. They are month-to-month with no long-term contract and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep service through the period you have already paid for; partial months are not refunded. Your first month of service is free. If the receptionist does not capture calls you would otherwise have missed in your first 30 days, that month is free.

The demo line

The demo number connects to our automated receptionist so you can hear the product work. Calls may be transcribed. Don't share sensitive information on the demo line.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

By submitting our contact form with your phone number, you agree to receive follow-up calls and text messages from MATHEN about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
