You

What people can book

These become the choices on your phone line and your booking page. Put a price only if you're comfortable with it being quoted. Anything without one, we never state a number, ever.

When you take appointments

Tap a day off to close it. We'll never book outside these windows.

What the phone should know

It answers the way you would. This is where you tell it how.

Your phone: the only thing we need you to do

You keep your number. Nothing about it changes for your customers. All we set up is this: when a call to your line rings and nobody picks up, instead of going to voicemail it rolls to the assistant, which answers and books the job.

You do this once, and only after we text you the number to forward to. Nothing to do today.

When the time comes, here is the whole job:

If your business line is a cell phone: dial one short code and press call. We send you the exact code with your number already in it, so it is copy, paste, call. Takes about ten seconds.

If your business line is a landline or goes through a phone system: it is one phone call to whoever bills you for the line. Word for word:

“I’d like to add call forward on busy and no answer to my line. I have the number I want unanswered calls to go to.”

They will ask for the forwarding number. That is the one we text you. Ask them to forward after about three rings (15 seconds), so you still get the first chance at the call; you can pick shorter or longer below. Some providers charge a couple of dollars a month for the feature. Do not let them forward ALL calls, only the ones nobody answers.

Your photos: the part that makes it yours

10–15 photos straight from your phone: the building, the people, the work. Real photos of your business. We never use stock and pretend it's you. Upload right here (full quality, nothing compressed), or email them if that's easier.

Prefer email? Reply to any email from us with them attached. Either way works.

    Your site, your say

We pull as much as we can from your current website, your Google listing and your social pages first. So you only have to tell us what’s new, what must change, and the style you’re after.

And you see it before anyone else does: the finished site comes to you first, before it goes live. You'll have a window to ask for any changes before it's up.

    Your Google listing

When someone searches for a business like yours, Google shows a short list with a map. That list is built from your Google listing, and it is where most of your new customers decide who to call. We manage yours for you: the hours, the services, the photos, the posts, and the reviews. That takes manager access to the listing, and giving it takes about two minutes.

Signed in to that Google account, search Google for “my business” (or your own name as it appears on the map). On the profile panel, open the three-dot menu → Business Profile settings → People and access → Add → enter mason@mathen.solutions → role Manager → Invite.

You stay the owner. A manager can edit the hours, photos, posts and review replies, and you can remove the access any time.

We send the request from our side. Google emails the address above; you open it and press Approve. That is the whole thing.

We find or claim the listing for you. Google will ask to verify it, usually with a short video of the location or a code, and we walk you through whichever it picks.

Google’s ads put you at the top of the results for the work you pick, in the towns you pick. You set the budget and pay Google directly; we set it up, run it and report on it. If you say yes, Google needs one document from you before ads can run: your certificate of insurance, which is why it is asked for right here.

One document Google requires before ads can run: your certificate of insurance, the one-page PDF your insurance agent sends you every year. It is the only item with a waiting period on Google’s end, so the sooner we have it the sooner the ads start.

Don’t have it handy? Finish the form, and email it to mason@mathen.solutions when you find it.

      Taking payments

If you want people to pay a deposit or the full amount online, the money goes straight into your own bank account. It never passes through us, and we never see a card number.

Here is exactly what happens if you say yes, so nothing surprises you: within a day you get one email from us with one link. It takes you to Stripe, the company that handles the card processing. You spend about ten minutes answering their questions about your business and telling them which bank account to pay you into. That is the whole thing. We never ask you for a password, and you never have to send us anything.

      Posting for you

If you’d like us posting for you on Facebook or Instagram, we write the posts and schedule them. You send photos when you have them; we do the rest.

How it works: a few times a week we post something real from your business (a finished job, a before-and-after, a new hire), written in your voice and scheduled so it goes out whether the week was busy or not. You send photos when you have them and see anything you want to before it posts. Whoever runs your page gets one email with one button; pressing it lets our scheduling tool post on the page’s behalf. They stay in control, can switch it off any time, and we never ask for the account password. Pick “Yes” above and the two boxes appear.

Then: that person gets one email with one button to press. Pressing it lets our scheduling tool post on the page’s behalf. They stay in control and can switch it off any time, and we never ask for the account password.

      Two last things

      Your web address

Pick one now, it takes five minutes.

      1. Go to Cloudflare (cloudflare.com/products/registrar) and search the name you want (.com first).

      2. Buy it in your own name with your own card (about $10 a year).

      3. Type it below.

It stays in your own name and we never hold it. When your site is ready we send you two lines to add and show you where, two minutes. If your email runs on this domain, it keeps working, because we never touch the email records.
